Mad Hatter Page 16 Facilities Bookings Procedures All facility bookings for Douglas College will be made through the office of the Manager of Logistical Services. An Application to Use College Facilities or room booking form will be completed and the group will then be advised of any fees and additional charges. Any requests for special facilities,equipment, or materials, must be made at the time of booking. College employees in attendance during the time of use cannot give permission for the use of specialized facilities, equipment and materials. Groups using specialized facilities, equipment, or materials will be provided with specific information regarding their use. Arrangements for food and beverage and other services must be made through the office of the Manager of Logistical Services. Users are to report immediately any irregularities or damage to College facilities or equipment to the office of the Manager of Logistical Services,
