Full-time and part-time sessional
faculty to teach Nursing courses in
the Human Service Worker - Mental
Retardation Program.

Subject areas include: Normalization -
Basic Human Needs - Nursing Process —
Assisting with nursing care of the
multiply-handicapped person in an in-
stitutional setting.

1. Full-time position - to teach Nurs-
ing theory, Lab and Clinical courses.

2. Part-time position - Clinical Nurs-
ing courses (2 days a week)

Qualifications

1. Baccalaureate Jeyree in Nursing
preferred.

2. Recent nursing experience in the
field of the multiply-handicapped/
mental retardation.

3. Experience in clinical and class-
room teaching preferred.

4. Currently registered with the
R.N.A.B.C. or R.P.N.A.B.C.

Term of employment: May 12 - July 17,
1981.

Location: Surrey Campus/Newton Centre

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Community and Continuing Education
programs on the Surrey Campus

- Liaison with community agencies and
groups in the campus region
-recruitment of faculty for the
Community and Continuing Education areas
-Educational services in English Language
Training, Social Education and Adult
Basic Education programs

-Budget preparation and expenditure
-Evaluation of the Community and
Continuing Education offerings on the
Surrey Campus.

The Director will have the appropriate
background and experience to manage an
extensive Community and Continuing
Education program in a College setting.
The Director will report to the Surrey
Campus Principal and will be part of the

Surrey Campus Management group.

Salary will commensurate with educat-
ion and experience. The College provides
