the National Anthem on B.C.T.V., Wednesday,
March 26 at 7:30 P.M. for the Canucks vs.
Quebec Nordiques hockey game.

Self-Esteem and Confidence Building
for Women

Have you been feeling that you really want to
develop a more positive self-image lately?

This introductory workshop is designed to assist
participants to examine and recognize both
internal and external factors that are influencing
self-esteem and levels of confidence. Practical
alternatives to self-defeating attitudes and
behaviors will be discussed in an effort to assist
participants to enhance self-esteem and build
personal confidence.

Dates: Tuesday, April 1 and
Tuesday, April 8, 1986
