This introductory workshop is designed to assist participants to examine and recognize both internal and external factors that are influencing self-esteem and levels of confidence. Practical alternatives to self-defeating attitudes and behaviors will be discussed in an effort to assist participants to enhance self-esteem and build personal confidence.
