Please contact your divisional representative on the committee if you have any
suggestions for workshop/seminar topics or if you have short reports of current
P.D. activities that you would like to share with the rest of the college.

To start with here is an interesting memo reviewing P.D. at Douglas College,
which Des Wilson was kind enough to present to the Committee earlier this
year. Although the views expressed by Des are stronger than many we obtained,
many of the points he raises reflect concerns aired by a considerable number
of faculty we canvassed. His memo helps to reveal the trends discovered by
our survey.
