The cutoff in both quantity and number of pages would serve two purposes, the first and major one being cost; the second being a fair turn-around time for all concerned. As the graph shows, offset printing is by far the cheapest method of duplicat- ing, however, to make this method available to a multi-campus system, there must be a reasonable turn around time. With this, as well as efficiency and economy in mind, the printing department expects to be able to update its printing facilities in the near future, in conjunction with an improved courier service.
