As you can see a reasonable cutoff

point is no more than 15 copies reprox 1

~ page, 50 copies of no more than 4 pages

ditto. The cutoff in both quantity and
number of pages would serve two purposes,
the first and major one being cost; the
second being a fair turn-around time for

all concerned.

As the graph shows, offset printing
is by far the cheapest method of duplicat-
ing, however, to make this method available
to a multi-campus system, there must be a
reasonable turn around time. With this,
as well as efficiency and economy in mind,

the printing department expects to be able

to update its printing facilities in the

near future, in conjunction with an improved courier service.

The co-operation of all departments in the interest of the above objectives will be

appreciated.
