Renumeration:

The position provides an attractive salary and benefits package with
additional allowances determined by CIDA for hardship posting. A
secondment arrangement will be sought with the successful candidate's
institution. Bungalow housing, vehicle and return flights are provided
for the successful applicant and spouse.

Under the terms of this contract, the Field Manager receives 5 weeks
paid holidays per year.
