RESOLUTION OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

 

Where prior approval has not been given as per the Conflict
of Interest Statement:

- in the case of a faculty member being perceived to be in a
conflict of interest, redress shall be as outlined in the
Collective Agreement between Douglas College and the Douglas/
Kwantlen Faculty Association.

- In the case of a staff employee, the terms of the Collective
Agreement with B.C.G.E.U. apply to the resolution of actual or
perceived conflicts of interest.

- In the case of administrative personnel, the terms of the
Complaint Procedure will be used to resolve actual or perceived

conflicts of interest.
