2) Participate in own professional
development through staff training,
meetings, and case conferencing.

3) Supervise and train 2 Counselors-in-
Training.

4) To assist in the planning and prep-
aration of 2 camping trips and to attend
these trips.

5) Responsible for the record keeping
and finances of your group.

6) Co-operate with other staff in all
endeavors.

QUALIFICATIONS :

1) Must possess demonstrated skills in
child care.

2) Be able to commumicate with hearing
impaired children.

3) Have a good background in camping and
backpacking.

4)Possess current First Aid Certificate.
Prefer: Class 4 driver's lisence or
willingness to get one; and ability in
recreation activities.
