She administers working relationships with the partners (the secondary school and the school district) and their Continuing Education Department. Marian also develops and maintains special projects with the Coquitlam and Maple Ridge School Districts, and provides staff and budget management. Sherry Walker, Support Clerk Sherry provides administrative assistance for the Director. She assists with publicity and budget preparation, coordinates the Bookstore operation and late registration procedures, oversees auxiliary employees, and coordinates information between the partners at the Thomas Haney Centre. She handles the financial aspects which include finalizing revenues and accounts payable, and if required, can troubleshoot in the computer Lab. Myrna Wing, Campus Clerk Myrna looks after the front counter and telephones, receives applications and course change forms, requests for transcripts and transfer credit request forms, provides information on admission and registration procedure to potential students and community members, and provides clerical support for the Director and faculty. She also handles registrations for Community Programs & Services and books appointments for Student Services. Vib Jose, Campus Clerk Vib is the evening clerk. She keeps the library open, working in circulation and helping students with research, and she’s in charge of audiovisual equipment. She handles room bookings, assists with front counter enquiries, sells textbooks, performs cashiering functions and provides assistance to continuing education courses and instructors. Heather Anderson, Academic Advisor Heather is the full-time Academic Advisor at the Thomas Haney Centre. She assists students and prospective students with course and program planning, admission requirements, application and registration procedures and university transfer requirements. Heather spends the majority of her time in appointments with students, developing the Community Career Resource Centre, and visiting high schools to conduct information sessions.
