Monitoring/Working committee for two transitional years-April 1, 1981 - March 31, 1983. Membership: President - Kwantlen College Bursar - Kwantlen College President - Douglas College Bursar - Douglas College (with power to call upon expertise when required) The Conmittee to choose its own Chairman. Role of Committee: The role of the Committee to include the monitoring of items and issues, such as, ~Procedures to complete the divisior of Douglas College - Agreements established to enable the division to be completed. - Legal arrangements. - Financial obligations and settle- ments, if any. - Problems relating to the labour relations mechanisms covering both colleges (Faculty only) ~ Appeals resulting from allo- cation of equipment during the division. - Ensure that Timetables enable same faculty to be employed by both colleges. - Oversee charges and invoicing for services performed by one college for the other college. 2.
