In general play was scrappy as the Douglas players sensed an easy victory and relaxed after leading 8-0. Big John Zurecki (the Stump) was outstanding for Douglas scoring two touchdowns. Other scorers for Douglas were Mark Andrews, Joel Schmidt, Bruce Alway and Phil Sharpe with touchdowns and Dave Jagger with 2 conversions.
