In Hong Kong, I will assist Tad Hosoi and delegates from 10 other B.C. post secondary in- stitutions at an education fair. This fair is intended to recruit students to study in B.C. col- leges. Tad Hosoi and I will also visit a college run by Caritas, an inter- national Catholic social service agency. This college would like to develop exchange programs with Douglas. In Tiepei, Taiwan, I will visit the City and Palace Museums, the Longshan Temple and the Chiang Kai- Shek Memorial. These visits, New Campus Continued provide leisure and general in- terest studies for students of all ages, plus programs designed for gifted, special needs and physically challenged students. Training opportunities for adults will include counselling and support services in programs developed jointly by the College and the School Dis- trict on a day and night-time, full or part-time basis.
