OBJECTIVE: E:7
TO provide a Community Education program based on community needs.

E:7:1 - To establish a community-based committee to advise the
College on community needs.

E:7:2 - To provide assistance to community groups to meet their
own learning needs.
GOAL F - ACCESSIBILITY:
THE COLLEGE WILL MAINTAIN POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR ADMISSION
AND FOR COURSE AND PROGRAM DELIVERY WHICH WILL ENSURE ACCESS FOR ALL
SEGMENTS OF THE ADULT pORuGnrioN OF THE COLLEGE REGION.
OBJECTIVE F:1-

TO maintain admissions policies and procedures which do not unnec-
cessarily restrict student access.

Ps he de = 280 maintain admission requirements at the minimum level
necessary for successful completion of the program within
a reasonable time period,
F:l:2 - To select qualified students on a first come, first served
basis.

OBJECTIVE: Psi2

To provide opportunities for students to upgrade knowledge and
skills which will enable them to qualify for admission to various
courses programs.

F:2:1 - To offer counselling, advising, and referral services for
students who do not meet admission requirements.

F:2:2 - To offer remedial courses and programs in reading,
writing, computation, and other subject areas.

OBJECTIVE F:3

TO ensure maximum course and program accessibility by special
groups.

F:3:1 - To adapt admissions testing and procedures to special
needs etude nts.

F:3:2 - To adapt courses and programs to students with varying
levels of learning ability.
