There’s a good story behind this glass of tequila...

 

...but only the many colleagues and friends who attended the farewell gathering
for Gordon Gilgan got to hear it. The former Dean of the Academic Division
closed out a long and distinguished career at Douglas College with a
celebration in the Douglas Room on September 7. Gilgan accepted the position
of President of Grande Prairie Regional College in Alberta over the summer
and formally began his new job on September 18.
