WOOTTON SCHOLARSHIP FUND In recognition of George Wootton's outstanding dedication, service and contributions to Douglas College and the community college system, the College Board has established a scholarship fund in his name. This fund will be self-perpetuating and, with a capitalization of $19,900, will produce approximately $1,000 annually to be awarded as scholarships. The number and basis for awarding scholarships has not yet been decided, however this will be reported on in a future issue of the "Mad Hatter" and of course the College Calendar. It is expected that the initial awards will be made in 1981.
