The renter is to bear the full cost of: a) repairing any damage to College pro- perty caused during a rental period, and b) replacing any College property lost or stolen during a rental period. 7. Three days' notice of cancellation is required of renters. Full or partial rental fee is payable for any rental cancelled with less than three days' notice. In addition, renters may be liable for extra charges if an employee must be paid for attendance because of lack of notice. 8. The renter is to pay rental and any other charges in advance. All rental fees are payable at the College Administration Office. No fees are to be paid to College employees by the renter. 9. A College employee will be attendance at each rental. Persons attending any function at the College must follow all reasonable requests and directions given them by the College employee. 10. All facilities are rented as an AS IS basis. ll. College employees shall not accept gratuities from any groups renting the facilities. 12, Any arrangements for coffee must be made between the cafeteria services and the renter. 13. The renter is to report any ir- regularities or dissatisfaction to the Site Manager as soon as possible after the event. 14. The College will not accept re- sponsibility for any equipment, furniture, supplies, or private property of any description left in the building. Such material may only be left with the approval of the Site Manager and pro- viding it does not interfere with other users' schedules times. ALL FACULTY AND ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF Just a reminder that increased life insurance is now available to faculty and administrative staff members. The insurance is available in $10,000 blocks, providing insurance company medical requirements are met. This involves an employee's "Statement of Insurability", and dependent on the amount of insurance requested, a medical form to be completed by a nurse and/or a medical by a doctor authorized by the insurance company. The premiums, payable by the employee, Will be deducted through payroll.
