This workshop is designed for administrators and supervisors who are
responsible for conducting performance evaluation for employees. The
workshop will give guidelines for observing and analyzing working be-
havior and for deciding on the type of feedback required. You will have
many opportunities to discuss and problem-solve your own difficult

This workshop provides an introduction to the Myers-Briggs Type
Indicator which can help you to determine and appreciate your own
personality type and also appreciate the gifts that others bring to com-

PRE-RETIREMENT WORKSHOP FOR COLLEGE EMPLOYEES

Designed for employees who are 55 years of age or older and who are in-
terested in planning for their retirement. Topics will include Pension
Plans, Income Taxes, Savings & Investments, Legal Issues and Health Is-
sues. A flyer will be distributed to all departments in the near future.
