Re: Administrative Review Committee Report

 

Last September, copies of the report of the Administrative Review
Committee were made available to you through your Departmental Offices.

Following discussion with the members of the Review Committee, and
consultation with the senior and mid-managers of the College, I have prepared
my response to the report, including my commitments to specific actions, and the
assignment of responsibility for follow-through.

Copies of my response have now been made available to all College
Administrators, and several reading copies have been provided to each Department.
Please ensure that you read a copy of both documents as soon as possible. Your
Dean is in a position to discuss follow-through on each of the Recommendations, as
indicated in my response.
