Thanks Given to Staff

Dear Pat, Gena and
Lorraine:

On this occasion of your retirement, some of us older faculty of
Douglas College would like to pay tribute to the outstanding service
which you have given to us and the students of this school. We facul-
ty know that you are the glue that sticks this place together. You are
the ones who understand how this institution runs, and who know
how to oil the gears when things seize up. Your patience, your kind-
ness and your dedication are the humanizing elements which help
make this a decent place to work and study.

Thanks to you and those staff before you like Mayme Furber,
Helen Cooper, Anna Raffle and those long time friends - Devona
Davies, Yvonne Mostert, Arnie Driver, Neil Douglas, Anne Fenton,
Lyn Servedio, Marilyn Attwood, Jean Hammer, Barb Sekhon, Bruce
Clarke, Helen Clarke, Glen James - who are still slugging it out.

We appreciate what you have done and sincerely wish you a
