Keith Liddiard/Jan McLennan WAITERS TO GIVE COACHING TIPS Tony Waiters, the first national team soccer coach to guide a Canadian side into the final round of the World Cup competition, will review Canada's performance in the World Cup in Mexico, and offer coaching tips, at a special evening presentation at Douglas College Gymnasium in New Westminster, Friday, November 7th, at 7:30pm. Youth and senior soccer coaches, players and referees are invited to register for the Waiter's clinic and at the same time help raise funds for the Bole Youth Soccer Association's player development programs and the Douglas College Sports Institute. Admission will be $5.00 for adults and free for any youth accompanied by a paying adult (limit one youth per paying adult). V3L 582 or telephone the admissions office at 520-5472 - or contact the BCYSA offices in Burnaby at 430-6403. Vise and Mastercard will be accepted. Already the Peace Arch Soccer Club has purchased 150 tickets to the event, and are paying for all their volunteer coaches to attend the clinic.
