Women's Centre Workshop

Building Self-Esteem and Confidence for
Women

 

Have you been feeling lately that you
really want to develop a more positive
self-image?

This workshop is designed to assist
participants to examine and recognize both
internal and external factors that are
influencing self-esteem and levels of
confidence. Practical alternatives to
self-defeating attitudes and behaviours
will be discussed in an effort to assist
participants to enhance self-esteem and
build personal confidence.
