only comment I could make on it. I'm very sorry to have seen the way that it ™
all took place. However, I think that in the final analysis, the Department
will probably have the capability to conduct such activities as are in the
interest of determining directions, and so forth, which I think is a very

noble activity, and I don't think anyone of us will be working in isolation.
