the publicist generating press releases would liaise with
Ken Moore's office for information on community response
programming and for relevant administrative decisions
relating to emphasis and quantity of copy required, with
major priority conflicts being referred to the Executive
Committee.

it be recognized that in the long run publicity work of
this type will necessitate full time work being carried
out and that as the new Media Services Division develops
and is able to assume these functions, they will be incorporatied

as a client order service under the authority of the Media

Services Manager.

in the interim, Ken Moore, Graydon Roberts, and Jim McIntosh
remain in frequent consultation regarding interim mutual
aid and assistance to be provided.

the immediate steps to be taken would be a recognition of the
fact that a person or persons from within the College either
on pay or on a volunteer basis can be delegated to carry

out such work on the initiative of Ken Moore and

Jim McIntosh. The routing of this material will be

through the Continuing Education Office to the Public
Information/Planning Stenographer for release, until

such time as the Media Services Division assumes

these responsibilities.
