The room numbers of these lounges are as follows: 2120, 2847, 3304, 4605 and 4925. Due to budget restraints we are unable to furnish two of these lounges. They are - 3304 and 4925. Eventually these will be opened and furnished to the Col- lege standard. Initially then, employee lounges 2120 (located on the second floor northeast quadrant), 2847 (located on the second floor southwest quadrant), and 4605 (located on the fourth floor south- east quadrant) will be furnished for the convenience of College employees. It is important to note as well that, as per the recently approved restricted smoking policy, several of the lounges are ‘smoking permitted' areas while two lounges are 'no smoking' areas. These are listed below: Smoking Permitted: 2120 4605 - 4925 (not furnished) No Smoking: 2847 3304 (not furnished) The cafeterias will have both smoking and no smoking areas, as posted. The Payroll Department is in the midst of finalizing a process for disbursing of payroll cheques and employees will be notified next week as to the exact loca- tions at which cheques will be available for pick-up. Now may be a convenient time to set up direct deposit of your payroll cheque to your bank account. Funds are automatic-— ally deposited on the same date as the cheques are now issued. This eliminates the need to make a special trip to the College to pick-up cheques when on holi- days (such as during the Christmas or summer vacation.)
