is That following the Ceremonies, departments/programs be
permitted (encourage) to hold other functions (receptions,
dinners, dances).

6. That an informal reception be held at the College
for graduates and guests not attending other functions.

za That these changes be implemented for May, 1985.

8. That the May, 1985 graduation date be changed from
May 23 t o May 11, 1985.
