Strategic Plan

This is Draft Four of the Strategic Plan (5-Year Plan)
for your information and comments. All comments should
be directed to your Dean.

The subjects of Productivity and Restraint have, as yet,
not been addressed. However, this draft will provide
you with the basic document that has been developed.

The other main sections to be completed are:

The appendices, which will include the back-up documenta-
tion for the Strategic Plan itself;

An inventory of courses and programs;

and

An environmental scan.
