DUTIES: The Senior Expert on Train-
ing for Rural Gainful Activities
(TRUGA) will be a member of a team
of international experts assigned
to the project to assist in testing
the validity and applicability of
TRUGA for increasing the efficiency
and effectiveness of selected train-
ing of the Chief Technical Adviser.
