Michael Glavin, president of the Douglas College Student Society, presents librarian Ralph Stanton
with the ten volume, fifth edition of the Grove Dictionary of Music and Musicians. The donation,
worth over $700, was made September 10 after music students at Douglas College requested the

reference work for its material on 19th century composers and music.
