Day says he could go back to
India and Sri Lanka in connec-
tion with this project. "It will
depend on how Ottawa reacts to
the proposals," he says adding
they expect word from the
federal government in three to
four months. If the proposals
get the nod from Ottawa, a
return visit will be necessary to
“get down to brass tacks, and
work out the details. [ could be
asked to go back,"

Tournament Winner: Mount
Hood over Tacoma

WRESTLING: This month,
there were two outstanding
wrestlers in B.C. Yogi Johl, in
his first year at Douglas College
and Cory Kwak, also in his first
at the College. Yogi was 2nd at
the Dino Open in Calgary,
losing 9 - 3 to Peter Guterson,
World Team Member. He won
the dual meet at Pacific
Lutheran University in Tacoma
and was 2nd at the Clansman,
losing 3 - 1 to Guterson in the
final. GREAT WORK YOGI!

Cory was the only B.C, wrestler
to win his weight class in Cal-
gary. He was 2nd to teammate
Craig Roberts at PLU, losing 3 -
1 in the final. At the Clansman,
Cory was 2nd in his pool, and
3rd overall after losing a close
match to Chuck Absmud of
Pacific University. Chuck is
NAIA Champion and All-
American.
