"We're by no means unsanitary, but the place can still get a bit messy at times," he says. This translates into washrooms with paper towels strewn about the floor and sinks splashed with water, but in no case is Douglas College at an unhygienic state. "On occasion when the local health officer has been on campus, she has rated us at an accep- table level," McCoy says. "And she's welcome here at any time." "I'm sure that no one else could do a better overall job," McCoy says of the five Building Service Workers. "People take for granted the work they do, and the complaints about having to wait for some jobs are usually, if not always, unwarranted," he adds.
