Dear friend of CUSO:

I have enclosed for your information a brochure outlining an upcoming
seminar on international development.

The seminar, entitled Lessons from the Third World, will be held at
Douglas College on the weekend of April 25th to 27th and is sponsored by
a number of agencies working in the field of international development.

You will note from the agenda that several prominent Canadians will
participate in the weekend's events. We hope that you will be able to
attend and add your knowledge and experience to the workshops and their
conclusions.

‘Please complete the application form and return it as soon as possible.

We look forward to seeing you at the seminar.

Yours sincerely

gon

Diane Baigent .
B.C. Regional Coordinator
