TIMESHEETS ARCHIVES

We are distributing new timesheets for use by anyone presently using
the current bi-weekly timesheet. We have made a few slight changes as
a result of ratification of the Staff Agreement:

The "Work Day" Column has been reduced.

The Vacation "V" column has been deleted.

Columns for holding and paying double time hours have been added.
Description of "Vacation hours taken to date this year" has been
broadened.

- Another copy has been added so that the employee will have one for
personal reference.

If you have, or receive, any old stock, please forward to the Payroll

_ Department (NW Campus) at your earliest convenience. We would like to
start using the new timesheet for all employees involved immediately.

If you have any questions regarding the new timesheet, please call the
Payroll Department (local 219 NW).

PRINT SHOP MOVE

The move of the Print Shop from Surrey Campus to the Newton Centre will
take place during the week of June 25 to 29, 1979.

Requests for printing are to be directed to Newton Centre commencing
June 25. The designation on the "Inter-Campus Envelopes" is to be "NC".

I.R.C. CLOSURE

The Instructional Resource Centre will be closed all afternoon Monday,
May 14, for a self-study workshop. If you require equipment on that day,
please make arrangements ahead of time.
