The Educational Planners in Student Services

1986 Summer Schedule

A reminder to all College personnel that the Group Advising
Sessions will continue during the Summer 1986 semester.

All new and prospective students who require an Educational
Planner's assistance regarding course and program planning

for the 1986/87 academic year must attend a Group Advising

Session to receive this assistance.

The schedule for Group Advising Sessions during the Summer
1986 semester is as follows:

Monday 1000 1200 and 1400 - 1600

Tuesday 0830

1000, 1000 - 1200 and 1400 - 1600

Wednesday 0830 1000, 1000 1200, 1400 - 1600, 1700 - 1900

Thursday 0830 1000, 1000 - 1200, 1400 - 1600 and 1700 - 1900

Friday 1400 - 1600

Individual daytime appointments for returning students or
students presently attending are available Tuesday through
Friday. Individual evening appointments are available
Wednesday and Thursday from 1700 -1900 hours.

We will continue to publish the weekly schedule for the Group
Advising Sessions on a regular basis in the Mad Hatter.

Your referral of students to these Sessions is still very

much appreciated. The weekly schedule for Group Advising Sessions
is posted at the main entrance to Student Services (Room 2700)

or is available from the Student Services receptionist

at 520-5486 or Local 2760.

Sessions please contact any one of us.
