F, Following the meeting with the Minister, Dr. Grant Fisher agreed that
discussions should continue regarding an appropriate baseline of
establishment for both institutions, following which they would have to
be treated on a par with all other colleges in the province.

G. He agreed that there could be meetings forthwith with Dr. Newberry and his
| Staff to continue discussion of this baseline. With this in mind, a

committee of four persons - Bill Day, Reg Pridham, Bob Lisson and Bill Mongey -
has been established as a baseline budget committee for the two institutions.
Ths commettee will be meeting with Dr. Newberry in the immediate future, and
will continue discussions with himselk and his staff unti2 resolution has
been reached. BiLl Day is to contact Dr. Newberry's office during the week
of June 29th to set the date of the first discussion.
