3. THAT the College Board approve the submission of an application
for an "A" Licence (or other licence as determined by the
licensing authorities), under the Liquor Control and Licensing
Act, to cover the Upper Cafeteria, Lower Cafeteria, Theatre
Foyer, and the Boardroom.

4. THAT the College Board approve that we do not have a Summer

School in 1985, and that we do not have a 3 week summer shutdown
in the year 1985.
