Re: TUITION FEES

 

At the June 18th meeting of the College Board, Amendment By-law
5(A5) 1987 - "Fees and Charges for Instruction" was approved. The
following fee structure for credit courses/programs and services charges
will be effective for classes commencing 1987 Fall Semester:

a) $ 23.00 per semester credit for Canadian students
$135.00 per semester credit for International students

b) for programs not structured on credits and semesters:

full-time fee $84.00 per month
half-time fee 42.00 per month
quarter-time fee 21.00 per month
c) Application fee 15.00 for Canadian students
© Application Fee 50.00 for International students
d) Challenge fee 30.00
e) Late registration fee 10.00 per course
f) Course change fee 5.00 per transaction
g) Reinstatement fee 20.00

In addition to these fees there shall be payable, as a condition of
enrollment, the prevailing fees of the Douglas College Student Society
and The Other Publications Society.

Other charges payable for the 1987 Fall Semester shall be as follows:

a) Transcripts 3.00 per copy
b) N.S.F. cheque charge 10.00

Fees and charges for non-credit courses shall be determined and/or
revised by the Dean of Community Programs and Services.
