INSIDE DOUGLAS COLLEGE / JULY 3, 1990 THE EDUCATION COUNCIL page 3 RULES OF ORDER A The Chair of the Education Council will be elected from the Education Council voting membership for a one year term, for no more than 2 consecutive terms of office. B. Minutes of previous meetings, plus agenda and agenda-related documents, must be in the hands of Education Council members not less than seven days prior to the meeting. C. Traditional parliamentary procedure will guide the conduct of Education Council meetings. ATTENDANCE Members are expected to attend all meetings of the Education Council. Absence from three regularly scheduled meetings will constitute lapse of membership, and require election of a replacement representative from that constituency. ies
