Karen Turner and (TBA) - Data Entry Clerks Data Entry Clerks create and maintain student files for new and returning students. This includes ensuring all documentation has been submitted with the application and assigning a student number. They also send acknowledgement letters to all applicants and le from application to graduation. Trisha Bird, Lorraine Falardeau and Cheryl Tailleur - Records Clerks Trisha, Lorraine and Chery] rotate functions each semester. They are responsible for updating and maintaining all student records and course files. This includes: transcript generation, answering enquiries about course schedules, and working with other data. Transfer credit will move to this area in the new fiscal year. Susanne Korelus, Kathy Rai and Denise Lauritano - Admissions Clerks Susanne, Kathy and Denise assess and process all student applications for respond to applicant enquiries after applications have been submitted. Mary Moorcroft, Filing Clerk Mary files all documents and student files. She opens mail, plays a significant role in departmental mailouts, and sorts and prepares transcripts for mail and pick-up. Mary also posts all departmental notices on College bulletin boards. Cathy Gibney, Mary Whorley and Tracy McCaskill - Registrar’s Clerk/Receptionist Cathy, Mary and Tracy work at our front counter. Cathy usually operates the main telephone line while Mary and Tracy deal with walk-in enquiries. They process address and name changes, receive applications from new and returning students and review applications for completeness. They respond to all general correspondence, and process course adds, drops, and section changes during late registration. In addition, they are responsible for providing information on College and departmental policies to the public.
