Red Deer College, situated in one of Alberta's

college is seeking an experienced education
executive as

 

PRESIDENT

Reporting to the Board of Governors, the
President will provide management, financial
accountability and leadership for the college,
ensuring efficient and effective use of all
programs, courses, services and facilities.
Additional responsibilities include:

* formulating and implementing college
administrative policies and procedures;

* coordinating the development of all program
and facility short and long range plans;

® encouraging a continued atmosphere of
collegiality and excellence amongst all
constituents;

Applicants should possess relevant experience
in education administration, teaching and
directing personnel and financial matters. An
appropriate post-graduate degree, preferably at
the doctorate level, is necessary. This
opportunity requires applicants with excellent
interpersonal, communication and participative
management skills.
