m The project management process, including hiring project managers, space
programmers and architects -- by July/93

m Internal consultation to seek input on programs and services -- July - September/93

m Program planning, including program mix and FTE allocations -- by September/93

m Information Meeting for College employees - September/93

m Site development -- September - December/93

m Approval of the architect’s conceptual working drawings -- by October/93

m Working drawings 80% complete -- February/94

m Tender call for construction -- March/94 a

you can be
involved

What programs should Douglas College
offer in Coquitlam? What type of facility
will best serve students and College
employees?

There are several ways for you to have
your questions answered and get involved
in shaping the Pinetree Way campus. One
is to share your suggestions or ideas at
today’s Pinetree Way information meet-
ing. Also, each department in the College
is being asked to designate people who
can act as liaisons between the Pinetree
Building Committee and their depart-
ments. For the remainder of the summer,
departmental liaisons will be available on
campus to deal with Pinetree Way issues
and pass along information as the project
develops.

To update College employees on develop-
ments, another information session is
planned for September. a
