7. New technologies, independent learning modes, and
diversification of delivery systems will be factors
in the development of the College's response to the
diverse clientele in its community.

8. Given that transit services will decrease, fares will
increase, automobile transportation will be more
expensive, and that the Light Rapid Transit System
will not be completed until 1986, there will be an
increased need for locally available educational
programs if the principle of Equitable Access is to

be observed.
