STAFF GEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Incumbent wiil be responsible for initiation, implementation
and maintenance of all aspects of instructional staff

development eee oriertytion and pre-service prograns,
in-service programs, workshops pert ving to staff devel epment.

Desirable qualifications are E. Ed. or equivalent degree
five years teaching experience preferably post- secondary,
experience in staff de velopment and self-motivated.

Incuicont will se responsible for preaaring and presen-ing

courses af study relating to Advertising and Public Relations
through the Applied Arts Division, plus some supervisory
responsibility relating to instruction.

Desireble quulifications are several years of experience

in advertising, preferably some backaround in public relations.
Post secondary degree preferred with instructional experience
an asset.
