This is to request your
assistance in keeping the walls,
doors and other areas of the
Campus in a reasonably clean

and unspoiled condition by
using notice boards for the
posting of your notices.

In previous years, pretty extensive
damage has been caused to the
vertical surfaces of the College
by notices which have been nailed,
glued, taped, stapled, etc., to
them. The Campus Handyman has
pretty straightforward
instructions that he is simply

to remove and destroy any notices
he finds that are not on notice
boards.

Your co-operation and assistance
in this matter will ensure that
the notices get noticed, that
unnecessary damage to the
environment we work in does

not occur, and that your notice
will remain up for Sufficient
time for people to see it.
