F:3:3 - To encourage the development of courses and programs of
Adult Special Fducation.

F:3:4 - To ensure that physical barriers and impediments to
disabled students are minimized.

F:3:5 - To increase articulation of College courses and programs
with high school courses, and with courses and programs at
other colleges and institutes and at the universities.

OBJECTIVE F:4

To provide educational opportunities for educationally disadvan-

taged adults and those whose personal circumstances restrict educa-
tional opportunity.

F:4:1 - To offer courses and programs which may be completed on
a part-time or full-time basis, through day or evening
attendance,

F:4:2 - To support courses and programs offered on the Knowledge
Network of the West, and by the use of the Open Learning
Institute,

F:4:3 - To provide support through the maintenance of counselling
and advising services, the Women's Centre, and a Day Care
Centre.

F:4:4 - To develop techniques of information distribution which
will increase’ College enrollment from these segments of
the regional population,

F:4:5 — To provide a comprehensive ‘financial aid program and
service,

To provide a comprehensive information service to the residents of
College region.

F:5:1 - To have available a full range of current printed
materials at all times.

F:5:2 - To establish and utilize an effective information dis-
tribution system.

F:5:3 - To make personnel available for liaison activities with:
(a) secondary schools;

(b) community associations and agencies;
(c) local businesses,
