COMPLETIONS/THE MOVE
From West Graydon

August 5th/Lower Floor, Library - North
Building

Johnston's Moving and Storage will be
camencing the move to the new facility
on Thursday, August 5th. Arrangements
have been made with Ralph Stanton to
move the Library offices and the A.V.
areas, -commencing on this date.

August 12th/Upper Library - North
Building
One week later August 12th, the move

of the Library proper, from both
Winslow and McBride will commence.

August 9th/2nd Floor - South Building

On August 9th, the nurses will move
from Surrey to the 2nd floor south
building. Shortly after, Social and
Human Services areas will be occupied.

August 16th/3rd Floor - South Building

Monday, August 16th, latest, we will
begin to move Physical Sciences to the
3rd floor south building. Humanities
and Modern Languages will follow.

 

 

 

 

STUDENT SERVICES —- WINSLOW

 

Effective 30 July, 1982 there will be
NO Student Services available at the
Winslow Site. All students and pro-
spective students should be referred
to the McBride Site.

ALL FACULTY AND ) ADMINISTRATIIVE STAFF

RE: INCREASED LIFE INSURANCE

 

Arrangements have now been made with
North American Life to provide
optional additional life insurance
coverage to all faculty and
administrative staff.

The insurance is available in $10,000
blocks, providing insurance company
medical requirements are met. This
involves an employee's "Statement of
Insurability", and dependent on the
amount of insurance requested, a
medical form to be completed by a
nurse and/or a medical by a doctor
authorized by the insurance campany.
The premiums, payable by the employee,
will be deducted through payroll.

The monthly premium rates per unit of
$10,000 are:

Up to age

30 -70/unit .40/unit
age 30-39 -90/unit .50/unit
age 40-44 1.90/unit 1.00/unit
age 45-49 3.20/unit 1.60/unit
age 50-54 5.20/unit 2.60/unit
age 55-59 8.50/unit 4.30/unit

age 60-64 13.00/unit 6.50/unit
