Internal Matters - Personnel Two grievances are currently under review from the ‘BCGEU - e concerned with the classification of a position as beth within ve external to the BCGEU, and another one relating to seniority rights. An arbi tration has been scheduled as a result of a grievance lodged by the Douglas/Kw ntlen Fa ulty Asst ciation regarding p lege processes for creatir 1-time ‘tempor ry and sessional ‘positions. Discussions on this m 2r will continue. Further reports will be made to the Board as required.
