GRADE SUBMISSION DATES

Notice to all Summer Session Instructors: Please submit your grades to
Principals/Vice-Principals on the Campus upon which your course(s) were
taught by the following deadlines: Courses completed before July LS;
1979 - submit grades immediately; Courses completed by end of semester
August 17, 1979 without a final exam - submit grades by noon Wednesday,
August 22; Courses completed by end of semester August 17, 1979 and with
a final exam - submit grades by noon Friday, August 24.

ee REQUEST FOR RESERVE LISTS

The deadline for submitting requests for the placement of items on Reserve
is August 10, 1979. The "Request for Reserve" forms are available at the
circulation desk in each campus library. Please give complete information
on the forms to ensure quick processing.

We wish to process the majority of the Reserves before the start of the
semester. This enables us to respond to emergency requests and the
requests of sessional faculty. If the deadline is not met, processing
could take up to three weeks from the date that the "Request for Reserve"
Forms are submitted.

If you are unaware of the policies that affect the placement and removal
of reserve items please contact the reserves assistant on your home
campus: C, June Konopski; N, Marg Clarke; R, Denise Sketches; S, Carol
Hanson.
