GOAL C - QUALITY:

THE COLLEGE WILL ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF COURSES, PROGRAMS, AND
SUPPORT SERVICES.

OBJECTIVE C1
To ensure program relevance.

C:1:1 - To establish advisory committees comprised of employers,
former students, enicstus* and relevant agencies.

C:1:2 - To establish a follow-up study to determine job
performance, success of graduates, and program relevance.

Cr13:3 - To use follow-up studies on graduates established
by other agencies in planning.

OBJECTIVE Cr2

To establish the minimum level of resources required to maintain
each college course/program/service.

C:2:1 - Each unit will describe its minimum operating size at
which an acceptable level of quality will be funded below
this minimum level.

OBJECTIVE C3

To enhance the quality of courses, programs, and services modes of
instruction and service delivery will be systematically reviewed.

OBJECTIVE C:4
To renew and improve faculty knowledge and skills.

Cr4:1 - To make a program of instructional skill development
available to all faculty.

C:4:2 - To maintain a College funded Professional Development
Program. ;
C:4:3 - To malntain a College funded Educational Leave system.

C:4:4 - To encourage faculty to alternate teaching with work

experience in a field related to their teaching.

To introduce a system of formative evaluation for College
employees.
