Open House 90 offers many other events and surprises, but to top things off the college will seal a time capsule at the closing ceremony. The Open House Plan- ning Committee sifted through al- most 200 suggestions before settling on its own top 10 list of items to go into the capsule. “We had some really good sug- gestions and some strange ones,” said event worker Catherine Crockett. “There were ideas like a hamburger from the cafeteria, while somebody else suggested a picture of themself.” The capsule won't be opened until Open House 2010. To see the eclectic en- tombing of College documents, bumper stickers and other ar- tifacts, catch the ceremony 3:00 p.m. on Saturday in the Theatre Foyer. Besides evening games and concerts, most events during Open House ’90 will run from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on both days. For more information about Open House 90, please call 527-5325.
