The only exception to the above advice would be a Sittht ron
in which the Principal's decision, whether Or not based on the
recommendations of the Board of Reference, was being questioned
by College Council. This case, where it is the Principal who
is being questioned, presents special problems, but I do not
think these are of any concern to Faculty at present.
